If you haven’t tasted Swensen’s ice cream, you don’t know what you’re missing out on. Their ice cream is like sex with your tastebuds. I would love to say, sex in your mouth, but that just doesn’t sound right. If you just happen to visit Swensen’s (level 2 at the Mall, Gadong) you MUST order one of these. The texture is sensational. Its hot, cold, soft, hard and smooth all in one bite! The first layer is the hot syrup and the chopped fruit (in my case, it’s banana), the second layer is the ice cream (vanilla) and the last layer is a spongy cake - all this served in a blazing hot plate. Yummy! Its been months since I’ve been there, so I’m damn sure to place an order if I’m in the Gadong area next time. Maybe, you should too.
