I love watching cooking shows. I wouldn’t classify myself as a foodie as I am not fond of taking step-by-step photos of preparing food and I am not good in explaining things. I enjoy watching the process of turning simple raw ingredients into a delectable dish. One of my favourite chefs/cook is Nigella Lawson. She never fails to leave me salivating at the end of her show, Nigella Bites (Astro Ch 11 - Travel and Living). In addition, she is also pleasing to the eyes (an added bonus).

Her site, Nigella.com, is full of her heavenly easy-peasy (looks easy anyway) recipes. I suggest you visit the dessert section. Even-though there aren’t any food photos supplied — you know it’s going to be good just by looking at the elements. Plus, she is Nigella the domestic goddess, you know you can’t go wrong.

Ohhh… droool. More droool. Monster cookies anyone?

I think it’s time for my post-dinner snack.
